Step 3: Clean and Dry Your Rug
Your rug will be handwashed in one of our handwashing stations using the best products determined for your rug. During the washing, our team will treat any spots or stains and utilize a specialized brush to clean the fibers of the rug. Once the rug is washed, we will dry it properly and remove all moisture from it.
Step 4: Make Needed Repairs and Restorations
If any repairs or restorations are needed, they will be completed at this time. All repairs and restorations are done after the rug has been cleaned.
Step 5: Inspection of Your Rug and Delivery
Your rug will go through a final inspection stage where it is checked for quality assurance. When it receives the final approval, it will be delivered to your home, at your convenience.
